Cancellation Policy & Retention Policy: 1. Before 60 days of the event if any cancellation is received in writing - No Retention charges are to be applied. 2. Cancellation received in writing between 59-45 days of the date of arrival - 35% Retention charges to be applied as per the proforma invoice amount. 3. Cancellation received in writing between 44-30 days of the date of arrival - then 70% Retention charges to be applied as per the proforma invoice amount. 4. Cancellation received in writing less than 30 days from the date of arrival then 100% retention will be levied as per the proforma invoice amount.
