Cancellation & Refund Policy

At A Link Tour & Travels, we strive to provide flexibility and support for our customers' travel needs. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations, refunds, and modifications. Please review this policy carefully before booking, as our terms may vary depending on the service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, cab services) and the nature of the booking.

1. General Cancellation Terms

  • Eligibility for Cancellations: Cancellations may be available for certain bookings based on the policies of our service providers. Cancellation requests should be made within the timeframes outlined by each provider to avoid penalties.
  • How to Cancel: You may cancel your booking by contacting our customer service team at support@alinktours.com. Please provide your booking reference, date of travel, and other relevant details for verification.

2. Flight Bookings

  • Airline Policies: Flight cancellations and refunds are governed by the specific airline’s policies, which may vary based on fare types, routes, and ticket conditions. Some fares are non-refundable.
  • Processing Fees: A Link Tour & Travels charges a processing fee in addition to any fees imposed by the airline. The total amount refunded will reflect these deductions.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds for eligible cancellations typically take 7-21 business days to process, depending on the airline’s processing time and method of payment.

3. Train Tickets

  • Cancellation Process: Train ticket cancellations must comply with the rules set by the respective railway provider. Cancellations may incur service charges.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed based on the railway provider's policy, and A Link Tour & Travels may apply an additional processing fee.

4. Cab Bookings

  • Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day of the cab booking are subject to provider availability and may incur a penalty fee.
  • Refunds for Cabs: For eligible cancellations, refunds are processed based on the policies of the cab service provider. Additional processing fees from A Link Tour & Travels may apply.

5. Holiday Packages & Tours

  • Package-Specific Terms: Holiday packages and tours have unique cancellation policies, depending on the destination, season, and package inclusions. Some packages may be non-refundable once booked.
  • Advance Booking Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 30 days before departure may be eligible for partial refunds, while cancellations made closer to the departure date may incur higher penalties or be non-refundable.
  • Refunds on Partial Cancellations: For partially used services, such as early checkouts or skipped activities, refunds may not be available.

6. Refund Processing

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking. If the original payment was made by credit card, the refund may take up to 10-15 business days to reflect, depending on the bank.
  • Processing Time: Once approved, A Link Tour & Travels will process refunds within 7-21 business days, subject to the processing times of banks and payment gateways.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Taxes, service fees, and convenience fees may be non-refundable in certain cases.

7. Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances

  • A Link Tour & Travels is not liable for cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions. Refunds in such cases will depend on the policies of the service providers and may not be guaranteed.

8. Modifications to Bookings

  • Changes to Travel Dates/Details: Modifications may be allowed based on availability and service provider policies. Any additional costs due to fare changes or fees must be covered by the customer.
  • Processing Fees for Modifications: A Link Tour & Travels may charge a processing fee for any modifications, in addition to the provider’s charges.
